Toronto Garlic Festival

Join us for the annual celebration of Ontario’s garlic harvest where Ontario farmers sell garlic and local chefs cook with garlic. While stocking up on garlic visitors taste delicious garlic-themed dishes prepared by chefs and paired with Ontario wine and craft beer. Programming includes live music, film screenings, talks and demos, free garlic shots and the Garlic Breath Contest. The festival takes place at Wychwood Barns, at St Clair and Christie.

Hog Butchery 101

Our expert butchers will be demonstrating the butchery of a half pig from start to finish. Participants will learn where all their favourite cuts of pork come and then have the opportunity to learn to tie and cut different roasts, chops and ribs through hands on learning. At the end of the class, participants will have the opportunity to keep some pork to take home; as well as the brand new Zwilling JA Henckels Boning Knife ($120 value), that they used during the class. Class includes tastings and complimentary beverages.

Please note that classes will only take place if all spots are filled. Class size is limited to 8 people. A deposit of $75 is required. 1 week notice is required to reschedule or receive a refund on your deposit.

With the support of our our entire team, owner Andrew Poulsen will cook a daring menu. He is desperate to use fresh Ontario produce and restore balance to the local food cause.

We see the romance in the craft of butchery. And of course we know you do, too. Thats why we want you join us for a very special dinner, hosted by us, at Bespoke Butchers. A total of 8 guests will be treated to the most decadent of mid-winter feasts, where we will celebrate love. Love of each other, love of good food, and of course, a love of meat.

If you're not an average couple, why have an average Valentines experience? And if you're all about quality, just know, we are too. Let us do the work for you for Valentine's. Join us, as this meal is not to be missed!
