Our expert butchers will be demonstrating the butchery of a half pig from start to finish. Participants will learn where all their favourite cuts of pork come and then have the opportunity to learn to tie and cut different roasts, chops and ribs through hands on learning. At the end of the class, participants will have the opportunity to keep some pork to take home; as well as the brand new Zwilling JA Henckels Boning Knife ($120 value), that they used during the class. Class includes tastings and complimentary beverages.
