That's the basic recipe we start with for all of our fresh sausages. They're always made in house starting with real meat, stuffed in non-synthetic casings and tested before they ever find their way onto your plate. We butcher, trim, grind, weigh, mix and finally stuff all of our sausages near daily to ensure consistency and quality.

We rotate through varieties based on seasonality, so selection is constantly changing. Not everything will always be in our case, but come and see what we have, or call the shop for availability.
